We offer a confidential staff survey designed to assess and enhance the school environment. Every voice matters, and this is an excellent opportunity to obtain valuable data to make a meaningful impact on your school community. The 2026 Happy School Award survey will explore key areas such as school culture, staff support, professional development, building conditions, and more— all to help create the best possible learning and working environment.

Survey Details
- 46 quick questions (takes about 12 minutes!)
- Covers topics common to all schools such as school climate, coaching, professional development, administrative support, and simple and complex ideas to improve the overall environment for staff.
- Our survey is accessible on any device: laptop, tablet, or phone.
- We offer a two-week window to complete the survey—plenty of time for all staff members to share their thoughts!

How to Get Started
Once payment is received, we will request a complete list of all staff members and their work email addresses. Please provide the list in this format: email address, staff person’s name (e.g., johnsmith@workmail.com, John Smith). Staff email addresses are confidential and will not be shared with any third parties or external entities. It will be the responsibility of school leadership to notify staff members of the upcoming survey along with the survey release date. Each staff member will receive an individual survey link with email reminders sent periodically during the two-week period.
Staff Feedback Matters
The survey results will be thoroughly analyzed to evaluate the school’s strengths, areas for improvement, and eligibility for the award. A detailed report will be sent to the school principal. This is a valuable opportunity to gather essential data to improve your school’s overall environment or celebrate it as a happy school!
