The Happy School Award offers an independent, confidential staff survey to measure how staff feel about communication, leadership, support, and overall morale. Results highlight strengths, growth opportunities, and determine eligibility for the 2026 award.
Winning schools gain recognition that boosts enrollment, attracts top educators, and supports long-term success. Award winners receive a digital banner, personalized plaque, press release and option to purchase a swag package. Administrators, staff members or community members can nominate a school, and we will handle the rest!

There are two simple pathways for schools to be considered for the
Happy School Award 2026
Administrator Nomination
If you are a school administrator, you can initiate the process by contacting us directly. Our team will then reach out to you to explain the next steps, provide information about the survey process, and guide your school through the application.
Community Nomination
Schools can also be nominated by anyone—parents, teachers, staff members, or community supporters. Once a nomination is submitted, our team will reach out to the school principal to share details and invite participation.
Becoming a Happy School Award winner is straightforward, but the impact is significant. Recognition not only celebrates the positive environment your school fosters but also highlights your commitment to the well-being of staff and students.

The Happy School Award survey is designed to gather honest and valuable feedback from the school community.
Happy School Report
After the survey period ends and the results are analyzed, a customized report will be delivered to the principal or school leader. Happiness is universal. Therefore, both public and independent schools are eligible for the Happy School Award.
